"A collaboration between Sunil Pawar and The Long Shot Exp.

Artist Sunil Pawar and Manchester based heavyweight tailor Mike Holmes aka The LongShot Exp. met in 2021 through their shared foundation of fashion, hip hop and design.

Living parallel existences in Liverpool and London in the Nineties and 00’s, whilst Mike’s clothing creations were stocked in outlets such as Bond International in Soho and United Arrows Tokyo, Sunil was DJing and selling his paintings out of a duffle school bag to labels such as Soul II Soul in Camden.

The two have come together again to create ‘Double AA Side’. A pair of hats blending Holmes' renowned headwear tailoring with Sunil's portrait paintings, creating a solid fusion of art and fashion, with a nod to their surrounding DJ Culture, each hat named after a side of vinyl."
